Damages and issues
Customers will need to inspect their order upon reception for defects and/or damage, and contact Victoria's Bauble Boutique via email, Facebook messenger, or SMS 330.519.0191 within 3 business days of receiving product. Notification of damaged or defective product should include a description of issue, along with a photo.
Once notification is received and accessed, a determination will be made to either provide a full refund or replace item.
Zi Collection
If a Zi Collection piece is received damaged or defective Victoria's Bauble Boutique will issue a return of accessory, and will send customer a return package with postage paid to return items.
All merchandise must be inspected with 3 days of reception, and Victoria's Bauble Boutique contacted via email, facebook messenger, or SMS 330.519.0191.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards. All sales of Gift Cards are final.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure a refund, or replacement item when receiving a damaged product is to take a picture of damaged item/s and send to email above within 3 days of reception of product.
Missing
If you are missing an item from you order, please conact Victoria's Bauble Boutique upon recieving your order via email, Facebook messenger, or SMS 330.519.0191 within 3 days of reception of product. If product is still available merchandise will be shipped upon next business day free shipping. If product is no longer available a full refund will be issued.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have viewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
